Since partnering with Entergy in 2019 to reimagine the mobile application experience, Mindgrub has consistently prioritized user-centric design and functionality. Following 13 months of meticulous design and development, Mindgrub successfully launched the mobile application, which quickly garnered over 1 million downloads or updates within two weeks post-launch. Accompanied by an impressive 6,000 five-star ratings, the app’s popularity continues to soar six years later, reflecting its enduring appeal and seamless user experience.

Notable industry recognition includes the JD Power utility digital study which recognized Entergy as the leading performer in overall satisfaction among its peers for the mobile app. Additionally, the app received a Silver Digital Experience Award from Chartwell, Inc., a Communicator Award of Distinction for Mobile App User Experience, two Silver w3 Awards for Mobile UX and UI, and a PRNEWS Digital Award in the Campaigns & Products category.
