We’re excited to be heading to EMACS, Chartwell’s Customer Experience Conference, September 22–24 at the Hilton Atlanta. It’s a great gathering of utility professionals swapping practical insights and strategies across the customer journey, from billing and payment to digital engagement and customer experience.
While we’re there, we’ll be joining a panel discussion, “The Mobile App as a Customer Lifeline,” on September 23rd from 3:00–4:00 PM in Room 214. Mindgrub’s Engagement Director, Laura Gousha, will sit down with utility leaders from PPL, National Grid, Entergy, and LGE and KU and talk through how mobile apps have become a lifeline for utility customers. The conversation will draw on our own benchmark study of 80 apps across 40 utilities and explore changing customer expectations, lessons learned from building better mobile platforms, and where things like bill prediction and AI-powered assistance are headed next.
