Everyone’s talking about AI. Far fewer are talking about the people expected to make it work.

When the University of Baltimore’s Center for AI Learning and Community-Engaged Innovation set out to understand how Baltimore actually uses AI, they didn’t find one kind of user—they found six, scattered across a spectrum from eager early adopters to determined resisters. Mindgrub helped build that research. Then we asked: what happens when all six of those people work at your company?

The answer is what most organizations are living through right now. Your fastest adopter is automating work nobody approved. Your most cautious manager has become a bottleneck. Your frontline team feels like AI is happening to them. And nobody has a shared playbook, because people are adopting AI faster than organizations can create the rules.

This panel explores the six AI personas that show up in every organization, how they influence adoption, and why successful AI strategies depend as much on people as they do on technology. You’ll leave with a practical framework for understanding how different employees approach AI, where adoption efforts tend to get stuck, and how to build alignment across your teams.
