Kim Paradise

Kim Paradise brings to Mindgrub over 20 years of progressive, cross-functional experience and a proven track record of generating new business revenue, managing client relationships, developing national partnerships, and driving sustainable growth.

As Chief of Staff, Kim sits on the leadership team and serves as co-pilot and a force multiplier to the CEO as well as a relationship builder, both internally and externally. She works in partnership with multiple production departments to define, execute, and measure the effectiveness of major organizational initiatives.

In addition to her work with the leadership team, Kim heads up Mindgrub’s Charitable Giving Committee and spearheads multiple high-impact employee programs including “Wellness Week” and Mindgrub “Games for Good.”

Kim also serves as the Engagement Director for Mindgrub’s cybersecurity practice, leveraging her years of experience in the industry to help craft customized digital solutions for leaders in the space. Kim is a former performer, TV host/producer, and competitive skater and is a graduate of Towson University. She also sits on the board for Improving Education. She has been a part of Team Mindgrub since 2019.
